SAN MARCOS – The LBJ Museum of San Marcos hosted its annual ‘60s Night’ on Aug. 16. The event took place at the museum, and showcased a variety of 60s memorabilia including literature, traditional posters, and photography.
Guests in attendance were also encouraged to dress in 60s attire, or to come dressed as a celebrity from the era.
“The event is part of the annual ‘Wine Walk’ here in San Marcos so we had snacks and drinks available for guests,” said Texas State graduate Elizabeth Delgado, the manager of the musuem. “We also conducted a silent auction and costume contest.”
